Send us your tinyLiDAR and we’ll re-flash it to the latest firmware and re-cal it too!

Re-flashing of your tinyLiDAR to the latest firmware currently available.
This re-flashing service is for one single tinyLiDAR.
Return shipping will be for all units sent in one order.

Terms:
After successful purchase of this service, you will receive a confirmation/authorization email and then you can send the units to us. You are responsible in getting the units to us by your own shipping methods. We highly recommend you use an insured and tracked service. Note that you must prepay for the shipping when sending the units to us. We will not be responsible for units sent without prior authorization nor for units lost in the mail.

Notes:
The tinyLiDAR units sent to us must be in good working order. If they are not responsive and/or damaged in any way we will return them back to you in the same condition without updating the flash. We do not offer refunds for this service.
